MARQUEES
Marquees, tents, tables and chairs can be booked
between 1 October and 10 November

All marquees must have a RSA qualified bar person
and that person on the day must have a copy of
their certificate.
The Jockey Club can organise for someone to be
your bartender at the cost of $500.
Members and Patrons are reminded that it is
illegal for persons under the age of 18 to
consume alcohol in a public place.
Be assured that Police will be patrolling the
course on race day.
LUNCHEON
A smorgasbord lunch is available in the
Meekatharra Pavilon for those seeking a little
country comfort

FASHIONS ON THE FIELD
Each year a different theme is chosen for race day,
we encourage the members and patrons to dress to
this theme.
Judging and presentations will be held at the
flagpole, immediately after Race 4
With prizes being given to the following categories.
- Fashionista on the Field (to 35 years)
- Classic Lady on the Field (over 35 years)
- Best Dessed Man
- Best Hat Ladies
- Best Dressed Boy (13 years and under)
- Best Dressed Girl ( 13 years and under)
- Best Single / Pair in Theme
- Best Dressed Group
CHILDRENS
ENTERTAINMENT
The Adaminaby Races is a family day, so the kids
have not been forgotten. There will be a jumping
castle and carnival toys.
EVENING ENTERTAINMENT
For those who wish to continue celebrating their
wins or tell the tale of their horse still running, the
Snowgoose Hotel and Adaminaby Bowling & Sports
invite all to come and enjoy a restaurant meal and a
few drinks after the Races.
You never know what the day may bring
- 2008 we had snow and races we called off after the third race
- 2010 - very warm
- 2011 was warm but windy but the rain held off until five minutes
after the last race
